Plant Manager - Highland

Eaton’s B-Line Division Division is currently seeking a Plant Manager to join the team. Our Plant Managers are responsible for driving strategic and operational leadership. They drive profit and loss, growth strategy and organizational direction to meet and exceed short and long-term business goals. Our leaders will foster an environment of engagement and inclusion for all employees and act with advocacy, empathy, and accountability.

This position is located at our Highland, IL manufacturing site conveniently located near St Louis, MO. Relocation assistance will be provided. The Highland site has nearly 250 dedicated employee across 3 shifts. The site manufactures framing, fasteners, and clamps for internal and external customers.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $150000.03 - $220000.04 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
