Plant Manager Jobs

Our client is a privately held manufacturer and distributor of paper and plastic protective packaging products with an emphasis in supporting the e-commerce industry. This is a $500-750MM growing and evolving organization with plans to achieve $1BB in sales by 2025 through organic growth and likely greenfield expansion.

This facility is in the $150-200MM range and is continuing to grow. They run 24/5 high speed continuous manufacturing across multiple shifts. We are seeking a dynamic, high energy leader who is as comfortable building continuous improvement and Cap-x strategy from ERP data as they are rolling up their sleeves and working closely with the team on the factory floor. Bonuses are tied to plant ebidta performance so financial acumen is preferred.

What We Need

• Plastic film, rigid plastic or paper manufacturing and converting
• High Speed Continuous Manufacturing experience is a MUST
• Experience managing a facility with at least 200+ employees and $150-200MM in annual revenue
• 4 year college degree highly preferred
• Dynamic High Energy Leader who can show a positive track record in mentorship and employee development.
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodology (certification preferred) with ability to show your work implementing strategies.
