Plant General Manager, Durable Consumer Products, Mid-West US location

Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, Plant General Manager.

Explosive growth and expansion have led to a need for a Plant General Manager position for a Mid-West manufacturer of consumer goods/home furnishing products. Small to mid-size Plant Management experience in large durable goods with extensive automated plant environment experience.

Qualifications include:

• Must have experience with process improvement utilizing a data analysis and process engineering approach.
• Experience in driving process improvement/performance -minded culture at the facility. Team building experience is a must.
• Plant Management/Plant Engineering experience with significant automated manufacturing of large durable goods would be ideal. Strong engineering knowledge and experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Plant General Manager experience responsible for the day-to-day production operation of state-of-the-art automated assembly facility.
• Plant General Management experience with large durable goods such as furniture, large appliances, large, finished goods and related products a plus.
