Job Description

Plant Manager Opportunity!

A manufacturer of packaging solutions here in Chicago is looking for a new Plant Manager. This position will play a vital role in a key business unit and offer you the chance to join a renowned organization.


The Plant Manager's responsibilities include:

  • P&L oversight and budgetary responsibility.
  • Overseeing all manufacturing operations and ensuring optimal plant performance.
  • Driving improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Holding accountability for plant performance and aligning operations with corporate objectives.
  • Promoting best practices and manufacturing excellence.


The Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • Strong business and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean Principles and change management.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Plant Management.
  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Business equivalent.
