In this position...

  • This will play a heavy role in the strategic decision-making process in regards to future projects.
  • Ford is stepping into the EV space, and this position will allow hands on exposure to dealing with such.
  • You will be able to work at the very forefront of the market and will get the chance to work cross functionally within program management across several different business units.

What you'll do...

  • Lead and manage an effective team that optimizes delivering business results with employee development and fulfillment including people development plan and career coaching.
  • Lead development and execution of commodity sourcing strategies, program targets and sourcing status.
  • Ensure effective communication of program timing, status and requirements to Commodity and STA teams.
  • Manage program priorities aligned with Program CPE/CNE (Chief Platform/Nameplate Engineer) and Program Management and deploy Program Control resources to deliver program requirements on time with quality of event
  • Ensure appropriate Supply Chain representation in all Program Forums (NML, CPAT, SPAT, PST, etc.).
