As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring inventory accuracy, schedule precision, and supplier management. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with suppliers and place purchase orders to prevent stockouts, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
Maintain the accuracy of purchase order due dates, enabling efficient material planning and delivery.
Promise customer orders based on material availability and capacity, ensuring on-time delivery.
Coordinate with manufacturing to release production orders based on material availability and capacity.
Proactively work towards on-time delivery of products, liaising with manufacturing teams.
Implement planning concepts, inventory management strategies, and lean tools to maintain material stability within capacity requirements and minimize inventory levels.
Update and maintain master data in SAP to support the supply chain process.
Develop and maintain metrics reports for key performance parameters, including inventory analysis, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery performance.
Actively participate in special assignments and contribute fresh insights to improve supply chain operations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in supply chain & operations management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or planning roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MRP/ERP systems; prior SAP experience is a plus.
Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain processes.
Preferred Qualifications
APICS certification or commitment to attain it.
Experience working in a global supply chain environment.
