Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Production, this position will lead the creative development timings, production, and account management across all PDP and social shoots.

Responsible for management of a wide range of complex production projects within the Creative Team across the entire portfolio of e.l.f.s brand properties. The ideal candidate must possess a tremendous work ethic, the ability to work independently and fit seamlessly within our team structure with patience in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment, a focus on project details, and a drive for creative excellence.

Responsibilities:

• QC images to ensure accuracy in deliverables.
• Where applicable, commission shoots with relevant vendors, including modeling agencies and external companies.
• General department administrative work creating shot lists, call sheets, maintaining and managing models, and photo releases.
• Work with external vendors to create comps if needed prior to a shoot.
• Liaise between external partners and creative approval of assets for PDP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to physical production through final file delivery.
• Route image files through the editing process, including communicating specific instructions.
• Produce and Project Manage multiple shoots, including PDP, Social, and Video.
• Track the status of projects within the workflow to ensure final delivery within deadline.
• Maintain open and effective communication across Internal and external teams from project kick off to execution.
• Manage all aspects of PDP Shoots with external agencies from pre-production to post-production. Lead and execute external creative team creative development.
• Work with vendors for timely estimates and invoice submission; process invoices and reconcile with finance.
• Organize, pack and ship, and receive samples and other related supplies to and from photoshoots.
• Manage in-house studio.
• Maintain the calendarization of multiple shoots across all e.l.f. brands. Ensure the internal studio scheduling accommodates all required shoots.
• Lead and execute the supply and delivery of assets for all PDP and Social shoots.
• Negotiate usage rights and permission rights for all talent.
• Organize and pack, ship, and receive samples and other related props and supplies to and from photo shoots.
• Interface with clients during bidding, negotiation, scheduling, and execution
• Assist in maintaining and organizing of in-house photo studio, props, sample supplies closet.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Schedule projects based on priority.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Oversee and manage product samples for all shoots across all brands, making sure each production team recieves the product it needs for photography and video.
• Track and manage all new freelance hires, NDA, and contracts for Legal.
• Manage retouching timelines and team communications between vendors and the creative team.
• Route files through internal approvals and manage the final upload of assets for delivery.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
