Sakara Life is a fast-growing premium lifestyle brand that is building the future of health and wellness. Sakara’s organic, plant-based meal program and healthy snacks are loved by Gwyneth Paltrow, Lily Aldridge, and countless other celebrities, and the brand is regularly seen in major lifestyle publications like the New York Times and Vogue.

We are seeking a photo intern to assist our Photo Team with various pre and post-production and photo shoots. You will report to the Creative Director and work closely with the Creative Project manager to support Sakara’s visual vision through all shoots and planning - from editorial to social on a variety of photography needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist on photo shoots ie gather/shop for props needed, order produce delivery, assist in carrying equipment/props to and from location, help set up and break down a shoot, organize and catalog images from the camera into files and onto a hard drive. Organize/Archive all Sakara imagery from past and present shoots into an internal data system.

A plus to be proficient and skilled in Adobe Suite as well as light retouching skills.

• An enthusiastic, open-minded, no-task-too-small attitude
• Hard working, motivated and organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to take direction from the Photo and Creative Leads
• Familiarity and interest in learning about the production of a shoot from concept to post
• A plus: Technical photo skills, excited about photography, food, wellness, nutrition, and health.
• A photography major or interest in making images and planning for them.

Must be eligible for academic credit; flexible schedule based on availability.
