Phlebotomists - (On The Job Training Available) Mobile Blood Drives

The Rock River Valley Blood Center is looking for talented individuals with outstanding customer service experience to join our Mobile Donor Care Specialists (Phlebotomists) team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing blood collections and donor screenings, while providing a safe and pleasant experience for our volunteer donors at our mobile blood drives across the Rock River Valley region.

Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail, quality control skills and enjoy working with the public. Although CNA and clinical and/or blood collection experience is preferred, we are willing to provide on the job training and experience to the right candidates.

This is a full-time position (30 plus hours/week) that offers a unique opportunity to gain phlebotomy experience from a dedicated, professional, and caring team. Hourly wage for this position begins at $16.50/hr. Bilingual is a plus and offers a pay increase after completion of training.
