Office Manager - $1000 Sign On Bonus

The Office Manager processes and generates financial data to create a clear report of the accurate financial condition of the business. This will include submitting financials to the lenders, expense review and trend reporting to the GM, as well as monthly review of financials. The Office Manager will make sure there is adequate staffing and handle schedules to ensure proper coverage. You will be responsible for the accounting office and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Other duties may be assigned
• Physical inventory monthly; Used car write down
• Statistical data entries
• Post EOM workbooks; Post mid-month and EOM CIT chargeback reports
• Train office staff; Enforce compliance in the accounting office; Approve time and attendance for the accounting teams
• Daily bank reconciliations; Incentive collections and reconciliations
• Financial Statement preparation and submission
• Finalize unit counts monthly
• Prepare sales tax returns
• Expense control support
• Financial floor plan reconciliations
• Daily DOC review
• Attend meetings
• Assist the year end auditors
• Assist the floorplan auditors
• Obtain accurate people counts for the financial statement
• Schedule cleaning

Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills
• BA/BS Degree preferred, but not required
• Knowledgeable on operational processes for dealerships
• Experienced in the automotive industry is required
• Must be able to manage and enforce policies set in place
• Must be a team-player and develop strong relationships with all team members
