About Us
We are a leading New York-based Payroll Company, dedicated to delivering top-notch payroll services to our valued clients. As a key player in our team, you'll have the exciting opportunity to process payroll for approximately 150 clients, making a real impact in their day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Process payroll for approximately 150 clients, working on weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedules.
Calculate accurate wages, incorporating overtime, deductions, and bonuses, with the assistance of cutting-edge computer systems.
Utilize the user-friendly iSolved HCM payroll system to prepare and execute seamless payroll processing.
Manage taxes and ensure timely payment of employee benefits, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
Keep a close eye on hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, and new hire information, ensuring all details are in perfect order.
Provide exceptional support to employees and superiors, addressing any payroll-related queries or issues with tact and professionalism.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our cherished clients, becoming a trusted partner in their success.
Skills
Prior experience working at a Payroll Service Company is highly preferred, showcasing your familiarity with the industry's ins and outs.
A solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and the best practices in payroll management.
Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, ensuring full compliance and peace of mind for our clients.
Proficiency in MS Office is a must, and any experience with iSolved, Kronos, Evolution, or Azure is a fantastic plus.
Your trustworthiness and commitment to confidentiality will be highly valued as you handle sensitive payroll information.
Exceptional organizational skills and an impeccable attention to detail, guaranteeing precision in every aspect of your work.
Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effortlessly interact with colleagues and executives alike.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a BSc/BA in business, accounting, or a related field would be an exciting bonus.

Compensation: Competitive annual salary between $50,000.00 - $55,000.00
