Payroll Officer Jobs

Siscotec, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our team. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that employee pay is accurately and timely processed, in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of payroll processes and taxation laws.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all relevant employee data, such as hours worked and deductions, are accurately recorded
• Stay up-to-date with changes to relevant payroll laws and regulations, and make any necessary updates to procedures
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and taxation
• Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, using the company's payroll software
• Collaborate with HR and other departments as appropriate, to ensure a smooth and accurate payroll process
• Prepare and submit government reports related to payroll taxes, social security, and other statutory deductions
• Generate reports and analyze payroll data as requested by management

Requirements

• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using payroll software (preferably ADP or SAP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• At least 2 years of experience as a payroll officer or similar role
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and taxation laws
