Are you a versatile and organized individual with a passion for residential remodeling? We've got an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As the mastermind behind our remodeling adventures, you'll wear multiple hats and play a pivotal role in assisting our project managers, managing our social media presence, and keeping our financials in check. Responsibilities:

  • Dive into the world of bookkeeping and financial management using QuickBooks Online. Keep our accounts receivable/payable in order, generate invoices, track expenses, and prepare accurate financial reports. Your meticulousness will keep our finances on track.
  • Collaborate closely with our project managers, serving as their right-hand person, to coordinate and schedule residential remodeling projects. Your organizational skills will ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Research and source materials, obtain price quotes, and assist in procurement tasks to ensure we have the right resources for our projects at the best possible value.
  • Be the guardian of project documentation, schedules, and milestones. You'll help keep projects on time and within budget while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports on project progress, social media engagement, and financial performance. Your insights will contribute to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Take charge of our social media platforms and let your creative side shine. Show off our stunning before-and-after transformations, engage with our audience, and build a strong online presence that captivates and inspires.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any project-related matters. Your interpersonal skills will be key to maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Share your knowledge and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our business and stay ahead of the curve.


Qualifications:
