The Payroll Supervisor performs supervisory, accounting and clerical work to ensure that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. The Payroll Supervisor will also act as the subject matter expert to resolve issues and continuously look for improvements in operational processes.

Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following

• Assist with the preparation and input of all payroll related information to produce accurate and timely payrolls.
• Answers verbal and written inquiries about payroll.
• Supervises other regular clerical or accounting staff during a minor portion of the employee's
• Assist with the review of all payroll audits and payroll preview reports before finalizing payroll.
• Verifies accuracy of data processing

work time; duties include assigning, reviewing and evaluating work.

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• High school education or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• Experience working with Paycom.
• Ability to operate office equipment (i.e., computer, 10-key, copier, fax, and telephone).
• Minimum of three years payroll experience. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Assists with special accounting projects.
• Familiarity with auditing and basic accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform basic/intermediate math skills.
• Effective supervisory and communication skills.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
