Premier Rehab, an Empower Physical Therapy company, is growing and looking for a Patient Liaison to join our Admin Team at our North Richland Hills, TX location.

The role of the Patient Liaison is to assist the Referral Coordinator, Auth Coordinator, and Insurance Coordinator with primary functions such as scheduling of new patients and follow up patient related communications. In addition, the Patient Liaison will:

• Communicate and coordinate with Referral Coordinator around new patient scheduling
• Coordinate with Lead Tech on new patient’s special needs
• Assist with referrals and referral management
• Appointment reminder calls and review of benefit coverage with patients
• Review agenda for the following day and sets appointments for expiring POC’s
• Maintain and update Master Referral log
• Communicate and coordinate with Authorization Coordinator
