Job Description

Premier Rehab, and Empower Physical Therapy company, is growing and looking for a Patient Liaison to join our Admin Team at our North Richland Hills, TX location.

Empower Physical Therapy’s goal is making the patient experience unforgettable through powerful relationships and personalized care.

The role of the Patient Liaison is to assist the Referral Coordinator, Auth Coordinator, and Insurance Coordinator with primary functions such as scheduling of new patients and follow up patient related communications. In addition the Patient Liaison will:

  • Assist with referrals and referral management
  • Coordinate with Lead Tech on new patient’s special needs
  • Communicate and coordinate with Authorization Coordinator
  • Review agenda for the following day and sets appointments for expiring POC’s
  • Maintain and update Master Referral log
  • Communicate and coordinate with Referral Coordinator around new patient scheduling
  • Appointment reminder calls and review of benefit coverage with patients
