Parttime Receptionist Jobs

Our client, a prestigious consulting firm, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to commit to 30 hours a week. This is an onsite and front of house role.

Responsibilities include:

• Liaising with Boston office regarding travel and miscellaneous support
• Maintaining the office, ordering supplies, managing and taking inventory
• Answering and directing calls
• Registering guests with the building
• Booking conference rooms

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience;
• Proactive nature, positive energy, efficient, reliable, corporate office experience preferred
