Under the general supervision of the Director of Patient Intake & Information, the Front Desk Administrator oversees the overall functions


of the front desk to ensure maximization of patient satisfaction and department needs/goals. The Front Desk Administrator creates and


maintains an atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis for all staff members and patients.


  • Opens and closes the building as set by employee's schedule.
  • Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues.
  • Front desk activities include phone calls and emails.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of HIPAA, State and Federal guidelines/regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Suite proficient
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Medical office setting
  • The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone.
  • Ensuring that the front desk and office area are kept clean and organized.
  • Ability to learn quickly and independently
  • High degree of integrity and maturity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
