Skills Summary

  • Other qualities include; ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, exhibit an energetic outgoing personality, and always maintain a positive attitude


Job Responsibilities (Part Time Style Advisor)

  • Ability to work both as part of a productive team and independently.
  • Awareness of current fashion trends.
  • Ensure store standards are maintained and elevated (i.e. merchandising, visuals, shipment processing, cleanliness, inventory levels, stockroom organization, and safety) in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Cultivating relationships with new and existing clientele.
  • Executes promotional campaigns, product placement, and timely marketing strategies.
  • Provide every client with exceptional service from start to finish.
  • Showcase expertise in fit, cut, fabrication, and embody the Gerard Darel way of styling.
  • Maintains knowledge of current and upcoming promotional opportunities.
  • Understand and excel at meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
  • Maintains inventory reliability through accurate processing of register transactions (sales, returns, and exchanges), loss prevention standards and providing accurate information to clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours including morning, mid, evening and weekend shifts.
  • Proficient in POS systems, and possess excellent and clear communication skills.
  • REQUIRED: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Capability to move objects (up to 50 lbs) while working on the selling floor and backroom.
