Job Description
DePaula Chevrolet is looking for a receptionist who are customer-focused and dedicated to delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Our receptionist assists our guests by answering our multi-line phone system in a welcoming manner and connecting them appropriately. This is an entry-level position with potential for growth with hours between 8AM and 8PM Monday through Friday.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional appearance
  • Experience with taking a high volume of calls
  • Welcoming and friendly phone demeanor
  • Professional telephone etiquette
Job Duties:
  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have courteous and professional telephone etiquette
  • Maintains telecommunication system as well as directory
