Job Description
COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS, New York’s premier replacement window and home improvement company, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Office Assistant for our Tonawanda, NY office.
The planned schedule will be approximately 12-15 hours per week to start, including:
  • Additional 4-hour shift to be scheduled for an agreed upon workday
  • Wednesdays 2pm-7pm (definite)
  • Saturdays 9am-2pm (definite)

The position will entail a variety of duties including:
  • Greeting walk-in customers to the showroom
  • Answering phones for sales and service calls
  • Assisting with neatness of showroom area
  • Taking payments
  • Other duties as necessary
  • Ordering stock
  • Data entry
  • Assisting with scheduling of sales and service appointments
