THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for a part-time Office Admin Assistant for 2-3 days per week in our New York office but assisting with tasks across the global business. Experience with all of the following office support tasks is desirable;
- Document creation.
- Assisting with office maintenance queries.
- Database management.
- Sales tracking.
- Assisting with the new starter set-up when needed.
- Assisting with IT issues (outsourced).
- Weekly reporting.
- Assisting with HR administration when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in using the database JobAdder is desirable but not essential.
- Passion for contributing to the growth of the dynamic organisation.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- A proactive, positive and energetic approach and attitude.
- Strong ability with MS Office packages.
