Part-Time Personal Assistant for UHNW Client in the Westlake Area

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to fill the role of Part-Time Personal Assistant for our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client in the Westlake area. The position initially offers 20 hours per week with the potential for additional hours based on availability. The hourly rate is $35-$40, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

Must reside within a 15-minute commute from Westlake - near Agoura

Proficient in PC computer skills and comfortable working on premises

Flexible availability for scheduling hours (days and times)

Responsibilities:

Our client, a vibrant individual with two homes in Westlake (including one under construction) and one in Malibu, is in need of an experienced executive/personal assistant and house manager. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with busy individuals, managing diverse day-to-day needs, and overseeing special projects. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Daily task management: Scheduling appointments, calendar management, running local errands, online shopping, and processing returns

Conducting research for personal and business needs across various domains

Sourcing and coordinating travel arrangements, creating travel itineraries, researching trips, and assisting with wardrobe packing/unpacking

Acting as a liaison with household staff and collaborating with existing vendors

Providing concierge services for restaurant reservations, special events, and purchasing gifts for personal and business purposes

Coordinating special events/parties: Liaising with event firms/caterers, researching venues, coordinating with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing guest lists

Managing credit cards and travel points related to travel expenses
