Part Time - Marketing And Administrative Assistant

As the Marketing and Administrative Assistant, your responsibility will be to work on behalf of NetSteady's management team to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while overseeing marketing and advertising campaigns.

The responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Perform filing and office upkeep
• Assist with posting and promoting employment opportunities
• Ensure that all opportunities are entered into Task Management System and triaged appropriately
• Oversee marketing and advertising campaigns for all business units
• Use online marketing methods (social media, web forms, etc) to improve sales efforts
• Manage direct mail marketing campaigns as needed
• Assist with other duties as required
• Generate reports as requested

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Advanced computer and social media skills
• Able to work effectively independently or in a team environment
• Willing to work in fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn technical terms and speak confidently about them
