Description:
The Public Health Administrative Coordinator is responsible for a high level of administrative support, coordination, and communication in support of the Public Health Nurse-Family Partnership Program. This position provides clerical, data entry and electronic medical record support. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented and acts as liaison to other departments and divisions. This part-time position can expect to work approximately 20 hour per week. This position has the opportunity to be hybrid with in-office and remote work as needed.
Target Hire Range: 23.93 – 26.00 USD Hourly
Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills.

Essential Duties:
Assists customers by phone, email and in person.
Performs program support tasks such as organizes forms and photocopies; orders and maintains program materials and educational handouts; manages and assigns referrals.
Inputs data in a timely and accurate manner into the web-based information system; assists in the compilation of statistical information for special reports.
Processes confidential matters, oversees data processing and coordinates responses to general inquiries. Utilizes data entry equipment to store, retrieve, and disseminate information. Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations.
Communicates department and division information with various internal and external stakeholders, and community partners.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED AND
3 years of experience in an administrative or customer facing role.
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to articulate clearly and effectively to varying levels of customers
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to be proactive and use critical thinking to align with mission and vision of the Agency
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to set and meet goals and deadlines, manage appointments, create schedules, coordinate and facilitate meetings, and make decisions
Computer skills, including the ability to utilize Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint etc.) and experiment with new software and systems
