Cashier - Toll Collector - Full time and Part time - Beeline

As a Toll Operator working onsite in the Beeline tollbooth in Orlando, FL, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
We have Full Time and Part Time positions available.
Flexible to work different shifts including weekends? Emergency Service Collector positions are also available.
What You'll be Doing
Do you have a passion for working with people? Do you love being outdoors? If you love providing a quick, simple solution and providing change with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.
During a Typical Day, You'll
- Classify and collect proper toll amounts from motorists traveling through the toll lane
- Complete operations reports and balance cash deposits at end of shift
- Make changes, issue receipts and write insufficient fund slips
- Be the face and smile of the toll collection operations requiring individual service
What You Bring to the Role
- Cash handling experience on a computerized system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work shifts that will likely include weekends
- Current valid Florida driver's license
- Your pleasant and customer service-oriented manner
Physical Requirements of the Role
- Ability to determine vehicle classification by visual inspection
- Accommodation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and the specific circumstances.
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to safely walk across toll lanes and climb/descend stairs while carrying up to 30 pounds

You'll report to area operations manager. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.
