Agile Premier is on the lookout for an excellent Outside Sales Representative for one of our clients located in Denver, CO. You will be responsible for leading the charge to grow profitable sales of Decking, Railing, and Outdoor Structures within their assigned territory, making face-to-face calls on current customers as well as prospecting for new business, and working with inside and outside salespeople along with managers to help lead, educate, and support them in growing sales as a dedicated salesforce multiplier for the team.
The position will cover a 100-mile radius for the territory, will go into the office 1-2 times a week, and will not have to do overnight travel due to the territory only being 100 miles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with managers to create and execute short and long-term sales plans that are measurable and have a clear objective Including market analysis and sales strategy development.
- Make face-to-face sales calls with a customer-serving mindset employing principles of the STEPS program.
- Launch, grow, and expand product offerings to be a complete source for the customers.
- Perform hands-on product knowledge and value proposition training for associates and customers.
- Provide Sales Support and product expertise to customers as well as associates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization.
- With excellent face-to-face sales, training, and presentation skills with both small and large groups.
- Candidates must have solid outside sales experience, a background in the decking, railing, and/or outdoor accessory market is preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Ability to support sales teams in new product expansion to meet company targets.
