Compensation and Benefits

• $1,000 sign-on bonus in week 7
• Ability to qualify for annual top performers trip to Costa Rica
• First-year average income potential: $60,000-$110,000
• Flexible, seasonal schedule working mostly outside (not stuck at a desk)

Responsibilities

• Successfully complete a sales coaching program in your first six weeks
• Pursue and close door-to-door sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods in your territory
• Manage customer communication and expectations throughout the sales/construction process
• Collaborate with a sales mentor invested in your success

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a passion and aptitude for helping people
• Drive to direct your own income
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Coachable and positive mindset
