We Are Hiring Experienced Solar Sales Associates

• We are a Fast-growing Renewable Energy Service team and currently needing Solar Sales Representatives with positive energy to approach potential clients as we grow into multiple markets.

Overview:

• Educate clients on the benefits of renewable energy with the purpose of generating interest.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to generate additional revenue and commissions by referrals and connections
• Generate leads and follow up with prospects using tools, technologies, and lists.
• Overcome concerns and challenges to close the deal

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation as needed can work from home
• Willing to listen, learn, and respectful
• Must complete applicable sales training
• IPhone or iPad required, Tablet for presentations access to internet required
• Be able to efficiently communicate proposals during in-home presentations

THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY POSITION

Once you close the sale, you get a piece of the piece as per the payment structure below:

Pay structure: you will receive $500 a KW for the first 10 Sales, and will increase to $550 after hitting 10 Sales, 50% of your pay will be released at job acceptance and the other 50% will be at installation.
