Job Description

LHSS is an industry-leading company that allows seniors to maintain their independence and stay safely in their homes by providing walk-in showers, bathtubs, and stairlifts to the senior market. As LHSS expands our market presence, we seek dynamic and results-driven In-Home Sales Representatives to join the LHSS sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Generate sales, and meet and exceed monthly targets by developing relationships with potential customers in the market.

Conduct in-home sales presentations to educate and demonstrate the features and benefits of LHSS walk-in bathtubs, walk-in showers, and stairlifts.

Identify customer needs, assess their homes for LHSS products' suitability, and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through self-generated prospecting, networking, and referrals, as well as running all leads assigned to you.

Effectively learn and utilize the LHSS sales system, handle objections, and negotiate pricing, to one-call close sales and secure signed contracts and deposits.

Collaborate with internal LHSS teams to ensure a seamless installation process and exceptional customer service.

Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position LHSS products in the marketplace.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of in-home sales experience or relevant sales experience, preferably in the home improvement market or senior market.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with senior customers.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.

Knowledge of bathroom renovation and remodeling concepts is a plus.
