Outreach Specialist & Community Manager

Our rapidly growing creative team is seeking an Outreach Specialist & Community Manager with a strong understanding of brand partnerships and influencer marketing.

This role will primarily focus on securing brand deals for our top content creators, in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries alongside other clients in different niches

Additionally, this role will also be responsible for securing podcast opportunities for several clients and engaging with their communities via social media commenting.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, outreach, negotiate, and close brand deals that align with our client's brand image.
2. Secure podcast opportunities for clients.
3. Handle social media commenting and community engagement on various platforms.
4. Ensure the execution of deals including the filming and posting of media, adherence to contracts, and distribution of necessary links and files.
5. Provide regular reports on outreach activities and progress toward goals.
6. Collaborate with the internal team to understand client goals and objectives for partnerships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role such as brand partnerships, influencer marketing, or community management.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of brand deals and the social media landscape.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and English language skills.

Ability to work independently, proactively find leads and drive results.

Proficiency in various CRM and outreach tools.

Experience working with or as a content creator.

Contract Details:

This role will start with a 2-week contract to ensure a mutual fit. Interviews will be conducted next week.

The maximum monthly pay for this role is between $2,000 - $4,000.
