Community Leader/ Director Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Leader to manage and grow our community of foreign entrepreneurs and immigration lawyers. As the Community Leader, you will be responsible for creating a strategic plan for the community and building relationships with potential members, sponsors, service providers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with immigration lawyers to create content and ensure accuracy and relevancy of information
• Experience managing an active community daily, on group community platforms, like Slack, Circle, Discord, Reddit
• Engage with members and monitor the community's performance
• Work closely with the content creator to provide a list of topics and ensure content is up-to-date and engaging
• Determine guidelines for memberships and ensure members follow community guidelines
• Manage the membership process, including reviewing applications and approving new members
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the community, including identifying potential members, sponsors, and partners
• Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and manage any disputes or conflicts that may arise between members
• Identify potential sponsors and service providers for the community and develop partnerships
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the community is meeting the needs of its members

Qualifications

• Familiarity with immigration law and related issues is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to build relationships and develop partnerships with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• 5+ years of experience in community management, business development, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
