What do you need to succeed in this role?

• You’re a good listener and a team player
• You are mechanically oriented or have awesome technical skills—think automotive repair, CNC tool operator, carpentry or DIY home repairs
• You have fantastic hand-eye coordination
• High School, trade school or GED education is important, or we’ll consider 2+ years of optical handling experience
• A background in a cleanroom environment or with SAP parts tracking are a great start, but not required
