Always An Angel Licensed Homecare is seeking RN’s and LPN’s services with licensed homecare company serving Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties.Provide Skilled Nursing services including:Medication ManagementMedication PoursWound CareDocument and Input all notes in CRM.Introduction and review of the patient care plan with HHAs/PCAsCompliance with all pertinent rules, regulations, standards, policies, and proceduresExperience with and understanding of NYS DOH regulations and surveys (a plus)Conduct quarterly reviews with caregivers.Schedule follow up quality assurance visits as needed and six-month re-assessments.Adheres to all professional practice standardsUse effective problem solving and decision-making strengths to rectify issues as they ariseAssist with annual staff education and evaluation of personnel performanceMust be flexible to work various hours and respond to emergencies
Qualifications:Current NYS RN or LPN licenseCurrent Health Certificate (per facility contract or state regulation) required.Experienced and understanding of NYS DOH regulations and surveys.Current driver’s license and vehicle (There is mileage reimbursement) Computer knowledge Salaries:RNs: $50/hr. - $60/hr.LPNs.: $45/hr. - $55/hr.
