MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Manage and execute deliverables related to annual office needs, Tigers Spring Training, Lakeland Flying Tigers season, third-party events and marketing outreach.

Plan, manage and execute game-presentation and game-day activations for all Tigers Spring Training and Lakeland Flying Tigers home games.

Plan and implement special events.

Outdoors and office environment. Position will need to work in various weather conditions.

Position is required to work evenings, weekends, holidays, etc

Knowledge of Medicaid terminology, regulations, and policies

Strong critical thinking skills and ability to stay focused

Experience assessing risk and safety to vulnerable adults or children is a plus

Conduct face-to-face interviews with alleged victims, alleged perpetrators, and other collateral contacts

Collect and evaluate relevant information to make decisions related to the investigation, services, and outcomes

Document all pertinent activity for each investigation and record electronically using computer software application systems

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, education or related field required.

A minimum of three (3) years’ counseling, or crisis intervention experience with young adults preferred.

Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of issues, people and institutions.

Knowledge of human services, health, court and criminal justice systems’ programs, regulations, procedures and alternative programs.

Effective public speaking, listening and written communication skills team-oriented with a sense of humor and non-judgmental attitude.

Ability to establish rapport and relate sensitively to a multi-racial and multi-cultural group of young people.

Take minutes at meetings and provide administrative support to the meeting attendees, which include the Executive Management Team

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Skilled in technical/computer related functions such as word processing and maintenance of databases and spreadsheets

Knowledge on how to operate office equipment

Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and files of highly confidential personnel information related to the program activity

Ability to multitask in fast-paced and complex work environment

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation.

Must be 18 years or older, and legally able to work in the United States.

Able to have a very flexible work schedule.

Maintains a professional appearance with a positive attitude

Must have great attention to detail, remain organized and be able to prioritize the workload.

Able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision

Experience performing basic maintenance and upkeep on powered landscape/lawn maintenance equipment

Medical, dental, vision and life insurance

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, and stoop for the entirety of a shift

Ability to lift/push/pull at least 50 lbs., with occasional lift/push/pull up to 70 lbs.

Ability to work outside in any type of weather

The Successful Candidate For This Position Will Have

Professionals with a High School Diploma/GED OR One year of experience working with people with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities

Perform personal care for adults, including hygiene, grooming, bathing and toileting

Perform dental care, training, and education to clients/residents

Skills applicable to dental routines, terms, instruments, materials, techniques of dental x-ray, charting, and sterilization techniques

Chair-side dental assisting for the dentist and hygienist in the dental clinic

Examination and treatment of periodontics, endodontics, prosthetics, oral surgery, and restorative procedures

Make appointments, maintain dental records, maintain supplies and equipment, and sterilize instruments

Select appropriate instruments, materials, and medications
