Biba Yacht Club is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of our exclusive members club and yacht trips.

The Operations Manager will manage all aspects of the yacht club, including staffing, maintenance of vessels, member services, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the operation and management of yacht clubs or similar luxury service industries, with a proven track record of success. They will have extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of yachts, with a proven safety and professionalism track record. They will possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities will include managing a team of staff members, overseeing the maintenance and repair of our De Antonio Yachts D42 fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing member relationships and inquiries. The Operations Manager will report to the General Manager and work closely with other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of Biba Yacht Club.
