Operations Head (North India)

Job description :

Our company is looking to hire an experienced Manager with great communication skills and initiative to be head of Operations with experience in Construction, Materials and/or Manufacturing. You would be directly working with the management from HQ Switzerland. Your main responsibility is to ensure smooth scale up of manufacturing and product supply. It will include hiring of teams and direct interactions with potential clients. You would receive prominent support for all activities from the HQ to accelerate the presence in the Indian market.

Qualification needed: Your qualifications would ideally be, but not restricted to

• Languages proficiency in English is a must and any more languages is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• 5+ Years experience in managing roles and leading teams
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• A master’s degree or equivalent in operation management or related
• Experience in the construction, materials and/or manufacturing.
