The Opportunity:
The Operations Coordinator provides support to the facility by completing a variety of administrative related activities.
What Your Impact Will Be:
- Ability to attend work regularly and on a timely manner
- Able to perform work with accuracy
- Facilitates inventory transfers to other facilities and facilitates inventory movements that are outside of normal shipping and receiving routines
- Resolves issues pertaining to quarantined inventory
- Responsible for auditing, validations, and post-auditing of all control documents.
- Ability to operate a computer with Microsoft Office software and a learn a various programs
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor
- Responsible for filing all documents and maintaining filing system
What We’re Looking For:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Strong writing skills. Able to write reports and correspondences.
- Able to analyses and interpret reports, graphs, and other data
- Able to collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, and corporate partners.
- Strong reading skills. Able to read and interpret documents such as shipping documents, bills of lading, reports, inventory documents
- Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Strong oral communication skills. Able to speak effectively before staff, management customers, vendors, and other corporate partners
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to utilize the following equipment in a safe and satisfactory manner with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Microsoft Office (intermediate or above)
- Computer with Windows based operating system
