Description & Requirements

Summary: Work with the Customer Service Centers- Kraft Transportation- Plant Product Supply- Network Planner- Plant Scheduler- and Customers directly to manage critical inventory situations. Develop module and off-line variety pack production plans. Be the first line of communication for all product availability needs- any distribution issues- and outside storage requirements. The position has high visibility and operates in a fast paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Customer Service on product availability issues. Request date changes or product substitutions to insure all Customer orders ship complete.

Communicate with TOC—Transportation and CPU scheduler any date change requests you have made due to product availability.

Work closely with Plant Scheduler and Network Planner on production availability issues.

Communicate scheduling changes or order changes with Buffer support and Customers. Add notes to vehicle field in MATRICS to make sure orders are not released early or before changes have been completed.

Collaborate with Materials Manager and Buffer General Manager about shipping capacity to be sure days loads are balanced with labor requirements.

Manage outside Storage locations- creating a balanced mix of finished goods and outbound shipment capacities.

Maintain Employee Food Safety Awareness.

Performs other duties as assigned.

This position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Understand and follow company and site policies and procedures on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)- Hold Tags- HACCP- USDA- Foreign Objects- Safety and Security.
