Now Hiring! Onboarding Coordinator Schedule: Full time. Salary: Starting at $42.500/year Location: Apopka, FL.

Job Summary:
The Onboarding Coordinator is an essential team member of Everest. They will be responsible for coordinating onboarding for new customers and communicating the details of a variety of onboarding initiatives that help finalize the sales process. The Onboarding Coordinator will work directly for the Accounts Manager and will work closely with the production and technical support departments.
What You’ll Do:
  • Scheduling and coordinating the successful shipment of finished goods to the customer.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure each new customer has the proper training documents.
  • Following up with customers on their onboarding experience.
  • Populating onboarding schedules for new customers by coordinating with department leads.
  • Evaluate the onboarding and training process of new customers and assist them in the comprehension of processes and schedules as needed.
  • Maintaining the customer database and updating the production stages the customer is in.
  • Finalizing sales documents for new customers.
What You’ll Need:
  • High ability to learn new things quickly (specially about our products and operational processes).
  • 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience required.
  • Attention to detail, project priorities, and executing tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
  • Creative, analytical problem solving, focusing on delivering client satisfaction.
  • 1-2 years of professional work experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proactive and effective written and verbal communication.
  • High organizational skills and diligent project managing. Ability to multitask on customer projects and deliverables.
