Job Description
  • Must have Paralegal or Document Control experience
  • Part-time/ 25 hours a week
  • Will work with all admin depts closely
Must have high level of interpersonal skills. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Must be organized, self-starting and be able to work under minimal supervision.
Essential Functions include but not limited to the following:
  • Assist with attorney correspondence on contracts and member incidents.
  • Maintain golf donations and certificates.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or EVP.
  • Data entry for any/all admin personnel if needed.
  • Assist with contract preparation and review including but not limited to: marina slip lease agreement, vendor agreements, golf tournament agreements.
  • Safety program (monthly), OSHA spreadsheet/complaints.
  • Maintain COI binders for all companies.
  • Order and maintain first aid supplies for the club
