We are looking for a self-motivated, capable, enthusiastic, and dependable person to join our growing team in this collaborative and results-oriented position that is focused on helping to execute our marketing strategies to support the growth of Ontada.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Development


  • Develop plan for key metrics monitoring and reporting brand health
  • Create and implement brand launch plan to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop marketing and sales assets with crisp compelling content that will educate prospects and customers on our products and services
  • Support development of value proposition, messaging, and brand standards for the new Ontada Learn brand


Customer Engagement & Insights


  • Build and optimize engagement plans to drive an increase in program attendance and portfolio penetration
  • Continuously look for ways to drive engagement and build franchise growth
  • Prepare creative briefs and collaborate with creative shared services team to execute marketing plans and create marketing assets
  • Identify customer segments based on to-be-defined attributes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan and execute provider-focused marketing campaigns and events to make each project a success
  • Utilize data to perform analysis of customer- and practice-level engagement; Uncover customer insights and market intelligence that can be translated into actionable recommendations


G0-to-Market


  • Partner with franchise colleagues and analysts to continuously monitor and report key metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to improve all marketing efforts
  • Adhere to all Ontada’s principles, policies, and procedures as well as HIPAA and other laws and regulations regarding privacy and other healthcare related matters.
  • Work collaboratively with regulatory and legal to ensure campaigns and marketing materials are effective, compliant, and timely
  • Develop key launch preparation workstreams and tactics inclusive of messaging, materials, sales training, channel strategy and KPIs


Sales Enablement


  • Develop sales aids (as needed)
  • Ensure sales team has the most up-to-date marketing materials
  • Partner with sales team on priorities, key programs, and messages


Minimum Requirements


  • 3+ years of marketing, communications or product marketing experience required
  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience required
  • Experience within healthcare required (Oncology preferred)


Specialized Knowledge / Skills


  • Ability to write/edit persuasively, clearly, and succinctly
  • Ability to multi-task, manage changing priorities and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Excellent cross-functional team, project and organizational leadership skills with the proven ability to interact with and influence across all levels and functions
  • Strong storyteller who enjoys captivating audiences with compelling narratives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An eye for excellent visual design – this role is not a graphic designer, but should know what good digital and print marketing assets look like
  • Embraces an entrepreneurial mindset featuring a willingness to explore bold new ideas, the tenacity to drive to execution, and flexibility to take on different roles and duties as required


Education/Training


  • MBA in marketing or related business field a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, life sciences, business or related field

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.


Our Base Pay Range for this position


$76,800 - $128,000
