Lanoha Nurseries is in search of Nursery Sales Associates. This position will be responsible for assisting customers with plant and landscape material questions in person and over the phone.

Requirements

• Extensive Arboreal and horticultural knowledge preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, placing a high emphasis on accuracy
• Work directly with plant production staff to manage inventory, restocking, and presentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word a plus
• Quick to learn new skills and able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
• Must be a self-motivated, team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Friendly and approachable demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading and organizing new plant material in Outdoor Nursery Sales department
• Maintain a clean and well-organized sales space
• Provide superior and professional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment
• Complete a wide variety of tasks associated with seasonal demands both indoors and out
• Guide and educate customers during plant selection and purchase
• Collaborate with coworkers to design and merchandise outside Nursery Sales products
