The JOB:

Jekyll Island Club Resort is looking for a new breed of leader in group sales. This is an amazing opportunity to join the Noble House Hotels & Resorts team in a key role. Today, Noble House Hotels & Resorts is a privately held, fully integrated hotel ownership and management company. The Company currently owns and/or operates 22 upper segment boutique hotels. As the National Sales Manager, you will promote the sale of the resort's facilities by generating group business from all market segments. You will be responsible for prospecting, sales calls, selling, negotiations, closing sales, and meeting specific budgetary goals set in place each year.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Tenaciously owns Sales group and any other promotional opportunities
  • Needs to possess nimbleness by changing with the needs of the Hotels and Noble House Hotels and Resorts Hotels
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written Communication skills both internally and externally
  • Well organized, detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Adept on property PMS (Opera) and Delphi
  • Strong Selling Skills
  • Must emulate the Noble House Hotels and Resorts Culture

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Independent and/or family-owned hotel experience - preferred
  • Minimum of five to ten years experience in similar role - required
  • Luxury hotel experience - preferred
  • Hotel group sales experience - required
  • Previous structured Sales Training course - preferred
  • Previous multi-unit experience - preferred
