Multi-Unit Manager Jobs

Growing fast-casual franchise is seeking a qualified Multi-Unit Manager to oversee our 6 current locations in the Raleigh-Durham and Wilmington/Jacksonville area. Our franchise is a very dynamic brand and is experiencing rapid growth. Advancement opportunities available with the rest of our market.

A few of the expectations for our Multi-Unit Managers:

• You must have a great attitude and reflect that in your work.
• You must follow the policies and procedures of our LLC and follow the Corporate brand standards.
• You must have patience with staff and be able to work one on one with them to ensure they are being trained properly regarding policies, procedures and standards.
• You will be expected to be in a location during lunch/dinner shifts to ensure efficient operations during peak business hours.
• You must be willing to learn and adapt to our culture.
• You will be scheduled five days, but you are responsible for all stores seven days of the week. You must have open availability.
• You will be working on the line at times, this must not be an issue as it is what we expect of all senior management.
• You will be expected to work with and grow the team and management.
• You must be able to multi-task. We expect emails, calls returned in a prompt manner

Looking for a fun place to work? Flexible Schedule? Daily, weekly, bi-weekly pay options. Guaranteed hourly pay? We have great hourly pay rates + TIPS (Tips averaging $3-$7 per hour!!!) If our guest doesn't pay the tips we do!!!
We guarantee you will receive at least $3 an hour in tips or we will pay the difference. How does this work? Regardless of your base pay you will receive a guaranteed minimum, additional $3 per hour on your paycheck in tips. Yes guaranteed!
If you are making $10-$15 per hour base pay, you are guaranteed to earn an additional $3 per hour in tips, making your hourly pay $13-$18 per hour. Most of our locations average over that amount and some as high as $7 per hour in tips. Great service is $$ in your pocket.
Blaze Pizza uses an interactive service format (similar to Chipotle Mexican Grill) that allows guests to create pizzas at lightning fast speed. Each Blaze Pizza restaurant makes its own dough from scratch producing its signature light-as-air, crisp crust. Guests watch as each pizza is pressed, topped and baked in our Fast-Fired Oven.
