They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Family Project Manager to join their dynamic team. Salary: Up To $140,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resources required.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to create detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead the planning and execution of multi-family construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and facilitate problem-solving.
• Collaborate with the design team to review plans, specifications, and contract documents, ensuring alignment with project objectives and compliance with local regulations.

Resource Allocation and Team Leadership:

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
• Lead a diverse project team, providing clear direction, guidance, and support to ensure effective teamwork and achievement of project milestones.
• Coordinate and manage project resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.

Quality Control and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the project.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to deliver high-quality construction workmanship.
• Promote a culture of safety by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make timely decisions.
• PMP certification or similar credentials are preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in multi-family construction, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
