ML/NLP CTO for Instasales by Neolist

Neolist is looking for a skilled and experienced Machine Learning/Natural Language Processing CTO to lead the development of Instasales, a project aimed at selling products to millions of email contacts through the use of AI.

As the ML/NLP CTO, you will be responsible for leading the development of the project from start to finish, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with the team to build a high-quality AI platform that can effectively communicate and sell products to a large database of email contacts.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Must have experience working in a startup environment.
• Must be willing to take on a co-founder/equity-only role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must have experience leading the development of ML/NLP systems, with a proven track record of success.
• Must be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Instasales, a project aimed at selling products to millions of email contacts through the use of AI.
• Continuously improve and optimize the AI platform to improve its effectiveness and efficiency.
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement the project plan, including project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Build and manage a team of developers, data scientists, and engineers to develop a high-quality AI platform.
• Use your expertise in ML/NLP to develop algorithms and models that can effectively communicate and sell products to a large database of email contacts.
