Quess is hiring for one of our large Clients for a Ml Engineer:

Responsibilities

Ï Develop and deploy end to end ML solutions to drive data driven decisions

Ï Conduct data exploration, analysis and provide ML consultancy

Ï Drive and maintain a culture of quality, innovation, and experimentation

Ï Work in an Agile environment that focuses on collaboration and teamwork

Basic Qualifications

Ï 2+ years of relevant ML experience, with 1+ years of software experience

Ï Expertise with SQL, ML pipelines, algorithms, statistical methods, and analytics to solve real-world engineering problems

Ï Comfortable operating at all levels of the predictive stack and user behavior modeling including data collection, feature engineering, training, inference and analysis.

Ï Strong mathematical skills with knowledge of statistical methods

Preferred Qualifications

Ï Familiarity with Python development ecosystem and technologies like Databricks, S3, Spark

Ï Exposure to offline and online ML workflows

Ï Experience with graph-based data workflows such as Apache Airflow, Meson

Ï Excellent communication and people engagement skills

ÏAble to learn how a pre-existing system work with minimal documentation

Ï Able to communicate inside and outside their team regarding requirements and dependencies

Ï Handles context switching well, able to work on a wide variety of tasks - ranging from maintenance and upkeep to new feature development

ÏHas experience working across teams

Ï Proactive - Works toward unblocking themselves

Must Have

• Spark
• Python
• Vector databases (Vespa / Weaviate / Pinecone)
• Experience with model registry, feature engineering, embeddings
• Airflow [Training and inferencing ML pipelines]

• AWS
