Job Description
CTO – Hybrid in Rancho Cucamonga – $200k-300k Base DOE + 30% Annual Bonus

Who You Are:


  • Bonus points for experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experienced leading engineering, project management, security, and digital transformation
  • 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of management
  • Experienced in financial services and/or equipment/vehicle financing


What You'll Do:


  • Lead customer-facing product innovations and internal processes within the company
  • Oversee digital transformation by assessing the business and industry
  • Establish standards for technology, engineering, and security
  • Manage a team of around 10 with 3 direct reports

What does this position pay?


Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $200,000 to $300,000 per year + 30% targeted annual bonus. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
