Expected Work Schedule For The Dallas Ministry Leader

We offer flexible full or part time schedules. Overtime or weekends may be required for specific events as well as attendance at the annual IFI retreat.

Pay Structure For a Dallas Ministry Leader

IFI provides training in order to equip Dallas Ministry Leaders in personal fundraising. The Dallas Ministry Leader will develop a team of partners to cover financial needs such as salary, benefits, ministry expenses, and pray for their ministry. A Dallas Ministry Leader can expect a salary of $24,960-$72,800 based on experience and other factors.

About the Area and Responsibilities of a Dallas Dallas Dallas Ministry Leader

Dallas is a very strategic location for international student ministry with hundreds of potential church partners and several universities. There are about 12,000 international students in Dallas alone, and over 20,000 if you include the entire Dallas/Ft Worth Metroplex.

The Dallas Ministry Leader will establish a ministry location by building relationships with university staff, church partners, and volunteers. The Dallas Ministry Leader will engage in personal ministry as well as mobilize others to host Bible studies, plan cultural events, and share the Gospel. It is vital that the Dallas Ministry Leader establish IFI as a recognized student org, maintain good relationships with the campus, and maintain financial and prayer support for the budgeted needs of the role.

Qualifications Needed from the Dallas Ministry Leader, including Spiritual Characteristics

The Dallas Ministry Leader must adhere to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies. The Dallas Ministry Leader must be a person of character who faithfully extends God's love globally by mobilizing Christians to effectively communicate the Gospel in the context of various cultures.

Education/Experience For a Dallas Ministry Leader

• College degree preferred
• Experience in cross-cultural ministry, preferred
• Demonstrated ministry, training and mobilization experience required
